OffensiveCon Tokyo Terms and Conditions 

Following the registration process you will receive a an email with the details of the registration. Please ensure that all details are correct. 

Admission and Restrictions

• The organizer reserves the right to deny access to or expel from the the event venue any participants that, due to objective reasons, may pose a threat to safety, security, health, reputation or any other legitimate interest of other participants and/or the organizer.

• In case access is denied before the event date, the paid ticket price shall be fully refunded.

Cancellations

• Fees are non refundable from the 1st of October 2026. This is to enable us sufficient time to refill the slot as payments to all providers have been confirmed and finalized. 

• Attendees who must cancel after the 1st of October, may transfer their ticket to another person. Please update the OffensiveCon team accordingly and promptly. 

• All refunds before the 1st of October 2026 incur a 15% processing fee. 

Payment Terms

• Payment by invoice is due in 14 days.

• Orders that are not paid within 14 days will be cancelled.

• If your organization requires more time to make a payment, email us on tickets@offensivecon.org

VAT ( Value Added Tax ) 

• VAT: All prices are inclusive of the Japanese VAT. VAT reimbursement should be handled by each entity in their country of operation according to the Japanese Tax VAT law.

Ticket quantity

• Companies can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets. For more tickets options, contact us at tickets@offensivecon.org

• The organizers reserves the rights to exceed the limitation after receiving a written request.
